Amanda: What are you doing?
Rebecca: I’m going to make some ice cream.
Amanda: You know how to make ice cream?
Rebecca: Yes, ___________
Amanda: __________
Rebecca: ___________
Amanda: Will you show me how?
Rebecca: ___________ I’ll show right now.
Amanda: Great!
Rebecca: First, you need to prepare the ingredients. You’ll need a cup of milk, ½ cup of sugar, a cup of whip cream, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Then, you need some equipment. They are a small and a big can, ½ -1 cup of rock salt, 3-4 cups of ice cube, cloth or towel, and some tape.
Amanda: OK, then what do we have to do?
Rebecca: First, we have to mix all of the ingredients. Then, pour the ingredients mixture into the small can. After that, close the lid and seal it with a tape. Then, put the small can into the large can. Next, put the ice into the large can (around the small can). After that, add the rock salt into the ice. And then, close and seal the large can. Then, wrap the large can with a cloth or towel and shake and roll the can for 15 minutes. That’s it.
Amanda: __________________ That’s easy!
Rebecca: Yes, that’s it. It’s very easy.
