Dongeng Bahasa Inggris ini adalah saduran dari cerita rakyat berjudul "Timun Mas". Dongeng ini menceritakan seorang janda tua yang diberi anak oleh raksasa. Setelah anak itu menginjak usia 17 tahun, raksasa itu datang lagi dan menagih janjinya.

Timun Mas - Part 2
That was the day when Timun Mas was 17 years old. Mpok Rondo was very sad. She didn't want to lose her daughter.
"Timun Mas, come here honey!" Mpok Rondo called Timun Mas.
"Yes, Mom, I'm coming," said Timun Mas. She came in and sat near her mom.
"I would like to tell you something. This is the day I promise to giant," Mpok Rondo said sadly.
"What's wrong, mom? I don't understand. Giant?" Timun Mas said.
"Today giant will come and ...," Mpok Rondo didn't continue her utterance because she heard the voice outside.
"Hey Mpok Rondo, I'm coming. I ask your promise," said the giant outside.
"OMG" Mpok Rondo cried. She took a bag from her table and gave it to Timun Mas.
"What is it, Mom?" Timun Mas received the bag.
"Please run, and throw this to the giant," said Mpok Rondo.
"But, Mom?"
"Don't argue! Run!" said Mpok Rondo.
Although Timun Mas was confused, she ran and left her mom.
"Damn! You lie to me, Mpok Rondo. Don't run Timun Mas. I will eat you." the giant shouted. He ran after Timun Mas.
"OMG, help me!" Timun Mas was very scared. She opened up the bag. She took something from inside. She found some needles.
Timun Mas threw the needles to the giant. Suddenly it became a forest with some thorn. They hurt the giant.
"Damn!" the giant was angry. He tried to get out from the forest and ran after Timun Mas again.
Timun Mas ran and ran. She took something from the bag. She found some salt. She threw the salt to the giant behind her.
Suddenly the salt turned into a sea.
The giant swam in the sea. He still could chased Timun Mas.
Timun Mas ran as fast as possible. She found something inside the bag. It was shrimp paste. She threw it to the giant.
Suddenly the shrimp paste turned into mud. The mud became very large and deep.
"Damn you, Timun Mas," the giant shouted. He tried to swam but the mud made him sink. The giant died.
Timun Mas was happy. She went back to her mom and lived happily ever after.
