Lesson Plan: How To Teach Speaking Showing Attention and Sympathy

Lesson Plan.

Aims: by the end of the lesson students will be better able to express saying showing attention and sympathy.

The following is steps of how to teach speaking showing attention and sympathy:

1. Ask students to make a list of something that make them happy or sad.

2. Divide students into group of four.

3. Ask students to choose which expressions are used to say showing attention and sympathy.

4. Choral pronunciation.

5. Give each groups a pile of cards. The cards contains something happy or sad. Tell them that they have to pick a card and read the situation written in the card. After reading, the student sitting next to him/her has to express saying showing attention or  sympathy. Continue until 3 times turn.
