How to Make Mushroom Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

½ lb boneless chicken breast

4 tbsp sesame oil

2 cups chicken stock

2 tbsp sherry

1 cup fresh mushrooms, quartered

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 

Steps:

1. Slice the chicken breast meat thinly.

2. Put the chicken stock into a rolling boils and add the chicken and mushroom.

3. When the soup is boiling again and all the ingredients float to the top, remove from the heat.

4. Add the sesame oil and sherry. Taste for seasoning. Add salt and pepper if necessary.

5. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle the parsley on top of the soup.
