Consuming coffee has good effect for our body. It can protect our body away from many disease may attack. It also has many benefit to make us healthier. What are they?

Reducing diabetes type-2 risk.
Drinking coffee can reduce risk to suffer diabetes type-2. Drink more coffee is good to avoid diabetes. Harvard University has done a research about the influence of consuming coffee for health. The research has been doing for 18 years through 126.000 people as samples. The result shows that drinking 1-3 cups of coffee can reduce the risk of diabetes up to 10 percent. It also proves that drinking 6 cups of coffee may reduce diabetes up to 54 percent for male and 30 percent for female.

Reducing Parkinson disease, cancer and heart attack.
Consuming coffee can reduce the risk suffering Parkinson disease, cancer and heart attack. Thomas DePaulis, Phd, a scientist from Vanderbilt University’s Institute for Coffee Studies says that drinking coffee may avoid someone from suffering Parkinson disease. Drinking coffee regularly also reduce the risk to suffer cancer and very good to keep the health of our heart. He says that it can decrease the disease up to 53 percent.

Consuming coffee can balance another bad habit such as smoking. Thomas De Paulis says that smoker can suffer heart attack. By drinking coffee regulary can neutralize and descend the risk.

Consuming coffee can reduce weight. It is good for diet. Fulgencio Saura-Calixto and M. People who hold diet can consume coffee to reduce their weight.

Consuming coffee proves to overcome depression and control moody. Cafein in a cup of coffee help someone to be stay awake. The control may also come from oxidan which influence the nerve of our body.

Consuming coffee has much benefit. If you want to stay healthy or you want to have strong spirit everyday, you should consume one or two cups of coffee during your activities.
